Thinh Pho

Thinh Pho is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience across various industries, including manufacturing, clean technology, and aerospace. Currently serving as President & General Manager at Williams Comfort Products since May 2022, Thinh leads one of the USA's oldest and most respected furnace companies. Previous roles encompass Chief Operating Officer at LTL Vantage Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing multi-site operations and P&L management, and Chief Executive Officer - Americas at Goodridge Ltd., managing operations across three sites in the Americas. Additional leadership positions include Executive Vice President - North America at Dynacast International, Vice President of Operations at Bloom Energy, and Director of Operations Programs & Strategy at Hawker Beechcraft. Thinh started a career in operations and program management at United Technologies, serving in multiple roles over 13 years. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western New England University.
