Jai Malone

Jai Malone is a Commercial Strategy Executive at Williams Racing, with experience in planning, managing, and interpreting projects to enhance partner acquisition and retention. Since joining Williams Racing in September 2021, Jai has delivered actionable market insights to support the development of a competitive commercial strategy after completing various business rotations in operations, car programme management, finance, and commercial programmes. Prior to this, Jai co-founded Supremium Cops, a start-up focused on trading limited-edition trainers and clothing, and participated in an Insight Week with Grant Thornton UK LLP, where skills in teamwork and data analysis were developed. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in MORSE from the University of Warwick, complemented by A-Levels at President Kennedy School and GCSEs at Cardinal Newman Catholic School and Community College.
