Lucy Madgwick

Lucy Madgwick is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management within the technical and business services sector. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Williams Racing since March 2019, Lucy has also held roles such as HR Business Partner and Group HR Business Partner & Internal Comms Manager. Prior to this, Lucy worked at Williams Advanced Engineering as an HR Advisor and gained valuable experience at Infineum as an HR Assistant. Lucy's career in HR began at Oxfordshire County Council, where the initial role was also HR Assistant. Academically, Lucy holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Solent University.
