Mark Bastow

Mark Bastow currently holds the position of Head of PLM at Williams Racing since December 2021, previously serving as CAD Business Partner. Prior to this role, Mark worked at Siemens PLM Software from November 2014 to December 2021 as a Product Consultant, providing on-site mentoring and consultancy for various UK customers in industries such as motorsport, marine, and medical. Mark's career began at Rolls-Royce, where roles included Product Design Engineer and Senior Product Definition Engineer, focusing on new product introductions for large civil turbo fan engines. Earlier experiences include a role as a Product Definition Technician at Rolls-Royce during a placement for a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University, and a summer position as a CNC Machine Operator at NMB-Minebea UK Ltd. Mark holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Hons in Mechanical Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University.
