Nick Alderson

Nick Alderson is a Senior Race Operations IT Technician at Williams Racing, a position held since February 2018, where responsibilities include the setup, maintenance, and improvement of trackside IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance for engineering teams and operations staff. Prior to Williams Racing, Nick worked as an IT Systems Engineer at EURAC Poole Ltd from September 2008 to February 2018, managing IT systems across multiple sites with a focus on critical datacentre operations. Nick began a career in the technical field as an Apprentice Technical Process Engineer at EURAC Group Ltd, gaining qualifications in Mechanical Engineering. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Computing from Bournemouth University and has completed an HNC in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering from Solent University, along with a BTEC National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering from Paragon Marine Skills Centre in Poole.
