Paul Williams

Paul Williams is a highly experienced Chief Race Engineer with extensive expertise in aerodynamic development and vehicle design within the motorsport industry. Currently at Williams Racing since February 2011, Paul has held various roles, including Race Engineer and Team Leader for Trackside Aerodynamics. Prior to Williams Racing, Paul spent over four years at Penske Racing, where responsibilities included managing design engineering teams, overseeing wind tunnel testing, and implementing design standards. Paul's career also featured significant roles in aerodynamic development for both NASCAR and Indycar projects, showcasing a robust ability to liaise with engineering teams and contribute to vehicle performance optimization. Paul holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southampton.
