Steve Cripps

Steve graduated from Brighton University in 2005 with a 1st class BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance degree, following which he joined KPMG on their graduate programme until he gained his professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant in 2008.

In 2009, Steve entered the Formula One industry progressing through various finance roles with McLaren in both their F1 and road car divisions until he joined Manor Racing in 2013, taking his first Finance Director role.

He joined Williams in 2017 as Finance Director and now holds full responsibility for the finance, travel and indirect procurement functions, together with being chair of a number of governance committees and member of the Williams Management Committee.
