Cynthia Kerr has a robust background in residential sales and management within the homebuilding industry, currently serving as New Home Sales Manager at Williams Homes since June 2010. Prior experience includes a tenure as Sales Manager at Warmington, where approximately 300 single-family homes and 160 attached condominiums and lofts were sold, alongside managing multiple market research and marketing projects. As Community Sales Manager at JM Development, Cynthia contributed to the success of Ventura County's fastest-selling new home community. Earlier roles encompass Sales Representative at Centex Homes, where a new neighborhood was established, and Sales and Marketing Manager at Fitzpatrick Development Group, managing the sale of 40 homes. Cynthia's career commenced at Dividend Development Inc, achieving significant sales and team management over three communities.
