Ken Kendryna is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in various project management and supervisory roles. Currently serving as Construction Superintendent at Williams Homes since September 2012, Ken oversees off-site and on-site improvements for the Trestles @ Santa Clarita project, which includes 137 single-family residences. Previously, Ken held the position of Senior Construction Project Manager at Field Assets Services, managing residential construction projects in collaboration with the Neighborhood Stabilization Program and the City of Los Angeles Housing Department. As Corporate Director of Architecture-Construction at American Premiere Homes, Ken directed projects across multiple states, managing substantial budgets exceeding $100 million. Ken's career began as General Construction Superintendent at Western Pacific/DR Horton, responsible for a national home builder's construction efforts. Ken's educational background includes studies at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and Los Angeles Pierce College, complemented by a high school diploma in Architecture from Canoga Park High School.
