Colleen Schmerheim

Colleen Schmerheim, MBA, GPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Sr. Vice President of People Development at Williams International, a position held since May 2018, with previous roles at the same company including Vice President and Director of People Development. Additionally, Co‌lleen has been a member of the Board of Directors at Accent Pontiac since January 2021 and served as an instructor at Walsh College from September 2017 to July 2020, focusing on the Society of Human Resources Certification program.
