Guido Defever

Guido Defever is a seasoned expert in advanced propulsion systems and engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Advanced Programs and Technical Advisor at Williams International since December 2018. With a strong background in engineering and product development, Guido has held various leadership roles including Chief Engineer, Director of Research and Development at Teledyne Energy and Power Systems, and Vice President of Research, Development & Engineering at Lycoming Engines. Additionally, Guido has experience as VP of Engineering at Airspace Experience Technologies, where strategic plans for vehicle development were implemented. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, complemented by a minor in Anthropology.
