Matthew Clement

Matthew Clement is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human performance. As the Director and Founder of Project MVP since August 2018, Matthew leads a company dedicated to unlocking individual potential through various services, including the development of MVP Analytics, an Athlete Management System. Prior to this, Matthew founded and directed Williams Kent Ltd, a specialist recruitment consultancy focused on the Reward/Compensation & Benefits market since 2008. Matthew's career began at Huxley Associates, where growth from consultant to Team Leader included the establishment of a Permanent HR commercial desk. Matthew holds a BSc in Geography from Swansea University, earned between 1996 and 2001, and attended Gravesend Grammar School from 1990 to 1996.
