Ed Kiernan

Ed Kiernan has significant work experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, real estate, and facilities management. Ed began their career in 1993 as the Director of Equipment Control & Analysis at Pitney Bowes Management Services, where they led the restructuring of the business workflow and negotiated critical contracts with major manufacturers. In 1999, they joined Uniscribe Professional Services as the VP of Strategic Alliances & Sourcing, where they implemented a national program to control business processes and reduce costs. Ed received several awards for their outstanding achievements in restructuring and cost reduction. In 2005, they joined Williams Lea as the VP of Strategic Sourcing & Alliances for the WL U.S. Group, and later served as the VP of Global Strategic Alliances & Sourcing and the Global Head of Procurement and Facilities. Ed is currently the Global Head of Sourcing & Real Estate at Williams Lea.

Ed Kiernan holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Mercy University. In 2020, they obtained additional certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Skills for Inclusive Conversations, and Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
