Michael Santamaria

Michael Santamaria has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of industries. Michael started their career at General Electric, where they held various Finance and Operations positions for over 6 years. Michael then went on to found Valpro Advertising and Marketing Pvt. Ltd. in 2012, where they developed a successful coupon redemption network in India. Following this, they worked as the SVP of Operations at ServiceLink, where they were responsible for overseeing the title and closing support of mortgage refinancing transactions. In 2017, they joined The Hackett Group as a Senior Director, where they focused on designing and improving Global Business Services and Shared Service Centers. Currently, they are the Managing Director at Williams Lea, leading a US Centralized Services business unit with over 800 employees. Throughout their career, Santamaria has consistently achieved impressive results, including significant revenue growth, cost savings, and improvements in customer service. Michael is a graduate of the Financial Management Program and holds a Six Sigma Master Blackbelt certification.

Michael Santamaria has a BA degree in Business from Washington and Jefferson. Michael also holds an MBA degree in Marketing & Finance from Case Western Reserve University.
