Brendan O'Toole

Brendan O'Toole serves as a Commercial Litigation Partner at Williams Mullen since September 2007, specializing in complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on financial services, consumer protection statutes, class actions, professional liability defense, and business torts. O'Toole gained judicial experience as a Law Clerk for the Hon. John A. during a special assignment in June 2013 and for the Hon. Dennis W. from 2006 to 2007, both at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. O'Toole holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Richmond School of Law (2002 - 2005) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Sociology, With Honors, from Wake Forest University (1998 - 2002).
