Felicia Gorcyca

Felicia Gorcyca currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at WillScot, a leading provider of innovative space solutions in North America. Prior to this role, Felicia held the position of Chief People Officer and Board Director at LifeStance Health, one of the largest providers of mental health care in the nation. Felicia also served as a Senior Advisor and Operations Director at TPG, a global investment firm, and was the Global Head of People Operations at Solera, Inc., a transformative automotive software company. Earlier career experience includes various roles at Spencer Stuart, where Felicia advanced from Business Analyst to Director. Felicia holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Pepperdine University and a Master of Public Health from UCLA.
