Craig Barnes

Craig Barnes is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer care and retail operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Care and Retail Store Operations at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. since March 2016, Barnes oversees day-to-day operations for multiple brands and leads supply chain initiatives aimed at enhancing customer delivery services and loyalty. Previously, as Franchise Owner of nine Supercuts locations in Las Vegas from January 2017 to February 2021, Barnes achieved annual sales exceeding $1.8 million. Prior roles include Vice President of Customer Care and Shared Services at Medtronic and Senior Vice President of Customer Service for Williams-Sonoma, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple customer care centers. Barnes's career also includes leadership positions at Gap Inc., Convergys, and Mazzios, further demonstrating a strong background in operational management. Barnes holds a BA in Liberal Studies with a focus on Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma.
