Jennifer Lorusso

Jennifer Lorusso is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product design and development across various industries. As the Head Design Manager for Pottery Barn Teen at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. since November 2009, Jennifer leads design initiatives to enhance customer experiences. Previous roles include Design Manager at Target, where financial and branding objectives were achieved in the furniture, luggage, and storage departments, and co-founder and Director of Product Design & Development at Ply Design Inc., known for launching the PLY® brand of high-end home accessories. Early career experience includes positions at Herman Miller®, Tommy Hilfiger, Chilewich, and Mind Models, where Jennifer honed skills in comprehensive product design and prototype development. Jennifer holds a degree from the Rhode Island School of Design.
