Joyce Wallace, MBA, is an accomplished finance and technology leader with extensive experience across government and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Director of Technology Finance at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. since April 2021, Joyce previously held significant roles such as Chief Information Technology Business Officer for the County of Santa Clara, where major restructurings were executed in a 1,000-person IT department. Prior positions include Chief Financial Officer for the State of North Carolina's Office of Information Technology Services and various analytical and managerial roles within local government and education. Joyce's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Math and Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University.
