Michael Mynatt is an accomplished retail operations manager with extensive experience in leading various retail organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Global Retail Operations at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. since March 2019, Michael oversees operations across multiple international brands. Prior roles include Lead Operations Manager for Northern California at The Container Store, where three progressive promotions were achieved within three years due to outstanding performance. Michael’s expertise spans visual merchandising and operations management, demonstrated through measurable success in sales growth, employee retention, and innovative training programs across companies such as Pacific Gateway Concessions, JCPenney, Boudin Bakery & Cafe, and others. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
