The Construction and Operations Team at Williams Southern Limited is responsible for the successful delivery of building projects within the retail and petroleum sectors. This includes everything from initial site preparation and groundwork, managed by Groundworkers and Excavator Operators, through to detailed construction and finishing, undertaken by Carpenters. The team is led by the Construction Manager, who ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, with support from Contracts Surveyors and Design Coordinators who handle financial oversight and design implementation.
