Paul Javornik has a strong background in executive search and sales management. Paul started their career as a District Manager at Lanier Worldwide, where they oversaw a 10 million dollar branch and managed a team of Sales Managers and Representatives. Paul then moved on to Ricoh Business Solutions (Lanier Worldwide) as a District/Branch Sales Manager, responsible for managing a team in the Plano and Fort Worth, Texas territory. In 2007, they joined Williams Tison, LLC as a Vice President, where they demonstrated a strong track record of placing candidates with competitive opportunities within technology companies. Throughout their career, Paul has been responsible for recruiting and developing organizational talent.
Paul Javornik obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which they completed from 1986 to 1990.
