Currently serving as a Realtor at Williams Trew since September 2016, Norman previously held the position of Senior Manager for Community Relations at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company from July 1986 to August 2016, where efforts were directed towards community outreach initiatives to enhance the living and working conditions in Fort Worth. Prior to that, Norman worked as Group Vice President of Urban Development at the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce from May 1973 to May 1986, focusing on quality of life improvements. Norman holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Trinity University, complemented by a foundation of education from Arlington Heights High School.
