Catherine Christen

Catherine Christen, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as an HR Business Partner Consultant at Williams since July 2014, focusing on forecasting talent needs and implementing workforce solutions in emerging energy markets. Previously, Catherine held various managerial roles at Technip from 2010 to 2014, including Learning and Development Program Manager and Manager of Organizational Development, where responsibilities included managing a $1M learning budget and fostering cross-cultural partnerships. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Vangent, specializing in training development for Shell Trading. Catherine holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southwestern University.
