Hal Kaiser

Hal Kaiser is a seasoned professional in business development and energy consulting with extensive experience across various sectors including LNG, oil and gas, power generation, and renewables. Currently serving as a Business Development specialist at Williams since August 2023, Hal focuses on carbon capture, storage, and green hydrogen projects. Previously, Hal was a Partner at Orchid Group LLC, which advised clients in Asia and North America, and held roles as Managing Partner at AWR Lloyd, where the Korea office was established, and at Chevron Global Gas, directing activities in Korea and the EMEA regions. Hal's career also includes significant positions at Texaco, leading power project development in North Asia. Educated at the University of South Carolina and the University of Illinois, Hal holds a Master’s degree in International Business Studies and a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management and Marketing.
