Mark Hullinger

Mark Hullinger, P.E., has over two decades of professional engineering experience, currently serving as an Engineer Staff in Rotating Equipment at Williams since June 2002. Hullinger holds a Professional Engineer license and has managed various projects focusing on budgeting, scheduling, and commissioning, while also performing roles as an engineer analyst and reliability engineer for both reciprocating and centrifugal equipment. Contributions include developing several programs, such as the Centrifugal Historical Mapping Program and the Pipeline Engine Reliability Program. Previous roles include Division Engineer at Gulfstream Pipeline, and engineering work with Boeing on the ICBM program. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Portuguese Language and Literature from Utah State University, along with additional studies in theology.
