Seth Blackwell, CPL, is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Business Development Lead for Corporate Strategic Development at Williams since April 2022, focusing on land development and new business within the New Energy Ventures organization. As President of BlackStream Land, established in May 2014, Seth specializes in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of land and mineral rights for oil, gas, and mineral exploration. Previous roles include Co-Founder and EVP of Land & Business Development at Ruckus Energy, EVP of Land & Business Development at Lilis Energy, Inc., and Vice President of Land & Business Development at XOG Resources.
