Timothy Barrett

Timothy Barrett, P.E., is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and civil engineering. Currently serving as Staff Project Manager at Williams since August 2017, Timothy leads projects ensuring safety, timeliness, and budget adherence while collaborating with various departments and managing external third parties. Concurrently, Timothy holds the position of Vice President at Barrett Engineering and Inspections, specializing in residential and commercial inspections. Previously, Timothy worked at Chevron for over a decade in roles including Project Manager and Infrastructure Delivery Manager, successfully overseeing multiple high-value projects. Earlier experience includes a Senior Project Engineer position at Williams, where notable achievements included the Kern River Expansion project, which was completed significantly under budget. Timothy holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Professional Inspector certification from the Champions School of Real Estate.
