Timothy Toale

Timothy Toale, P.E., MBA, is an accomplished Offshore Project Manager at Williams since September 2021, overseeing early-phase development of multiple TGOM offshore projects while supporting New Energy Ventures initiatives. With extensive experience at Chevron from 2008 to 2020, Toale held key engineering roles in major capital projects, focusing on risk management and interface engineering in the Gulf of Mexico and Brazil. Previous roles at Williams, starting in 2002, included significant project management and engineering positions in facilities design and construction on major pipeline projects. Toale holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering from Penn State University.
