Will Southerland

Will Southerland has extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as Manager of Construction at Williams since December 2014, where responsibilities include project execution for transmission. Previous roles at Williams include Staff Construction Manager and Supervisor of Construction with a focus on Center of Excellence. Prior to joining Williams, Will served as Construction Superintendent at Access Midstream from 2010 to December 2014, overseeing midstream pipeline projects in the Marcellus Shale. Additional experience includes positions as Chief Inspector at Universal Ensco, Material Coordinator for the Millennium Pipeline Project, Office Manager/Inspector at Panhandle Energy, and Inspector on the Enbridge Southern Access Project. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Project Coordination from Colorado Technical University, completed between 2005 and 2008.
