Heidi Mitchell

Heidi C Mitchell is an executive leader and education entrepreneur who currently serves as the Executive Director of Williamsburg Academy of Colorado, where they have successfully increased enrollment and improved operational performance. With a background in K–12 education and a Master of Science in Education Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, Heidi brings a practical leadership style shaped by frontline and systems-level experience. Previously, they were a Social Studies Program Lead and Mentor at Williamsburg Learning, and began their career as an Economic Research Intern at Brigham Young University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in History. Known for fostering inclusive, high-performing teams, Heidi values thoughtful leadership and effective systems in mission-driven environments.
