Amanda Williams

Amanda brings valuations, financial reporting, and tax experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, she has advised clients in the consumer products, healthcare and software industries. Amanda has advised clients on financial reporting matters such as purchase price allocations, goodwill and intangible asset impairments, lease accounting, stock compensation, and tax reporting matters such as 409A and gift and estate tax evaluations.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Amanda was spent two years at Sixth Street in Dallas, Texas, where she worked on portfolio accounting and valuations. Amanda started her career in the Financial Services Tax practice at EY in San Francisco, CA where she oversaw the preparation of various partnership tax filings and assisted asset management clients with tax technical issues. Her industry experience includes private equity, hedge funds, and venture capital.

Amanda is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas and holds a Master in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
