Anthony Madrigal

Anthony brings over three years of valuation and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. His valuation expertise includes financial reporting matters such as mergers and acquisitions, purchase price allocations, goodwill, stock compensation, and tax reporting matters such as 409a and intangible asset valuations. His industry experience includes financial services, healthcare, life sciences, and technology.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Anthony was a Senior Associate at Bay Valuation Advisors, LLC (“BVA”). While at BVA, Anthony provided valuation services pertaining to common stock in privately held companies, portfolio company investments, equities and intangible assets in the context of mergers and acquisitions, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) reporting.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Gonzaga University.
