Ashley Cohen

Ashley brings over four years of tax accounting experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Ashley was a Senior Associate in the Corporate Tax practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where she spent time in both the Chicago and Boston offices. While at PwC, Ashley provided tax consulting services related to year-end provision preparation, audit support and various other tax advisory services. Her industry experience includes assisting public and private companies within the consumer goods, biotechnology, and telecommunications industries.

Ashley is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Illinois State University.
