Emily Stevenson

Emily brings two years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston LLC. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Emily has assisted clients with a variety of technical accounting matters including IPO readiness, debt and equity offerings and other complex transactions. She also has assisted clients with audit preparedness and policies and procedures.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Emily was a Senior Assistant in the audit practice of Deloitte in Boston where she served companies on multiple audit engagements, primarily in the life sciences industry. While at Deloitte, Emily audited the adoption of the new lease accounting standard, ASC 842, at a large public life sciences company. Her experience also includes Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and employee benefit plan audits.

Emily is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Mathematics from the College of the Holy Cross, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
