Jeff Stuecken

Jeff Stuecken is a Partner at WilliamsMarston, where they specialize in the valuation of equity, debt and derivative securities as well as intellectual property in the context of strategic planning, financial and tax reporting and litigation related matters. Jeff is particularly experienced with financial reporting valuation issues related to Accounting Standards Codification (“ASC”) Nos. 805, 820, 350, 360 and 718, as well as valuation issues surrounding the valuation of common stock in privately held companies.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Jeff was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP from August 1994 to December 2008. During their time at Deloitte, they assisted companies in the technology and life sciences industries with a variety of financial planning and reporting issues.

Jeff has over 20 years of experience in the financial advisory industry and is a valuable asset to any team. Jeff is a trusted advisor who takes a comprehensive and individualized approach to each client engagement.

Jeff Stuecken earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in finance/statistics from the University of Chicago and their bachelor's degree in economics from Northwestern University. Jeff is also certified from the CFA.
