Jennson brings over five years of valuations and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Jennson spent more than a year at Oracle Capital in Tucson, Arizona where he specialized in valuations. At Oracle Capital, he worked on purchase price allocations, goodwill and intangible asset impairments, stock-based compensation, and complex debt and equity instruments as well as tax reporting matters such as 409a valuations. Prior to Oracle Capital, Jennson worked for the Valuation, Modeling and Economics practice at EY Cayman Ltd. where he reviewed hundreds of portfolio company valuations. Prior to EY Cayman Ltd., Jennson began his valuations career at the Blackstone Group where he performed valuations of illiquid securities held in Blackstone Credit’s various fund strategies.

Jennson is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is Accredited in Business Valuations by the AICPA. He has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration specializing in Finance from The College of New Jersey.
