Joshua Pratt Ferguson

Josh brings more than three years of valuation experience to WillamsMartson. His valuation expertise includes financial reporting matters including stock-based compensation, complex debt and equity instruments, convertible debt, revenue recognition under ASC 606, contingent consideration, goodwill impairment, and tax reporting matters such as 409a valuations.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Joshua was a Senior Associate at Oracle Capital LLC (“OC”). While at OC, Josh assisted numerous clients ranging from early-stage to Fortune 500 public companies with international operations across many industries including life sciences, healthcare, technology, energy, industrials, and media & entertainment.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management.
