Ludovico brings two years of experience to WilliamsMarston. His valuation expertise includes complex financial instruments and tax reporting matters such as 409a. His industry experience includes Spacs, technology, biotechnology, and life sciences.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Ludovico was an Associate at Oracle Capital LLC. While at Oracle Capital, Ludovico assisted both privately-held and public companies with their valuation of complex securities, including convertible debt, warrants, stock option plans, and performance share units.

Ludovico holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Optical Engineering with a minor in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
