Mikaila Orofino

Mikaila brings over three years of corporate income tax accounting and compliance experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Mikaila has advised clients in the biotechnology, life sciences, software and professional services industries on a variety of matters including ASC 740, accounting for income taxes, including the preparation of the corporate income tax provision and the related financial statement disclosures, and income tax compliance. Mikaila has also served as an interim senior tax associate for a global professional services company.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Mikaila was an Associate in the Tax practice at EY LLP in Boston where her clients included public and privately held companies in the life sciences and medical technology industries. While at EY, she provided year-end and interim provision support, as well as federal, state and international compliance services.

Mikaila is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Master of Science in Taxation degree as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with concentrations in Accounting and Applied Analytics from Bryant University.
