Mitch Clarine

Mitch brings eight years of tax accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Prior to WilliamsMarston, Mitch worked at Moffett & Associates and prior to that he was in EY LLP’s Global Compliance & Reporting practice in Dallas for six years. His diverse client base included both private and public companies in a wide range of industries including biotechnology, technology, and construction, amongst others. Mitch’s experience includes preparation and auditing the tax provisions for domestic and multinational entities, preparing and reviewing US federal and state income tax returns, and performing due diligence for on both the buy side and sell side of M&A transactions.

Mitch holds a Master of Accountancy degree with an emphasis in taxation from Brigham Young University. Mitch is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
