Neldo Torres

Neldo brings accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Neldo was in the audit practice of KPMG in Miami for five years where he primarily served clients in the banking and asset management industries. While at KPMG, Neldo spent a significant amount of his time on the audit of one of the firm’s largest audit clients in the banking industry. His experience also includes matters pertaining to US GAAP and SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, ASC 842, business combinations, goodwill, stock-based compensation, and income taxes.

Neldo is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida International University.
