Nicole Lambi

Nicole brings over five years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston Nicole has advised clients in the biotechnology and telecommunications industries on a variety of technical accounting matters including consolidations, stock-based compensation, collaboration arrangements, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Nicole has also served as an interim controller for a private biotechnology company.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Nicole was a Senior Associate in the Assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Boston where she served both public and private clients in the technology industry. While at PwC, Nicole provided audit and advisory services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Her experience includes ASC 606.

Nicole is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairfield University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
