Nolan Kiernan

Nolan brings more than four years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Nolan has worked on several purchase accounting projects including the acquisition of a $2 billion carve-out. He has also advised clients on the new leasing standard, SEC reporting, and audit preparedness, policies and procedures.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Nolan was a Senior Associate in the Audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he primarily served clients in the software, technology and manufacturing industries. While at PwC, Nolan spent a significant amount of his time on the audit of one of the firm’s largest audit clients in the aerospace and defense industry. His experience includes matters pertaining to US GAAP and SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, earnings per share, share-based compensation, goodwill and deferred taxes.

Nolan is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross, where he graduated Cum Laude.
