Peter Mahoney

Peter brings over 15 years of accounting and management experience to WilliamsMarston. Most recently, Peter served as the Offshore Controller at Avangrid Renewables, a renewable energy company, where he was responsible for overseeing the accounting for the offshore business. Peter’s position at Avangrid Renewables also included serving as the Financial Controller at Vineyard Wind, an offshore wind development company, where Peter was responsible for accounting and finance, including reporting, internal control and financial operations.

Prior to joining Vineyard Wind, Peter served as the manager of technical accounting at both National Grid and InterGen N.V., where he was responsible for overseeing the accounting for complex transactions including acquisitions, financings, restructurings, and other strategic transactions.

Peter started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and served in a number of roles including as a manger in the assurance practice, where he primarily served clients in the power and utility sector.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
