Sarah Owings

Sarah Owings is a Managing Director at WilliamsMarston. In her role, Sarah works with clients on a wide array of complex accounting issues and transactions and by providing financial reporting assistance. She has 11 years of experience in public accounting with an extensive background in providing audit services to privately-held clients in various industries, primarily in manufacturing, distribution, and life sciences.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Sarah spent 11 years with PwC in the private company audit practice. During her time at PwC, Sarah worked directly with clients to complete complex transactions such as IFRS conversions, foreign listings, and business combinations.

Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Presbyterian College and her Master of Accountancy from North Carolina State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of South Carolina.
