Sue Tebolt

Sue brings more than 25 years of corporate accounting, executive management and financial consulting experience to WilliamsMarston. Prior to WilliamsMarston, Sue was a Senior Consultant at Paradigm Advisory LLC, a boutique accounting advisory firm that provides complex finance and accounting advisory solutions to sponsor-backed, middle-market companies. While at Paradigm Advisory, Sue performed a number of interim controllership functions, in addition to advising clients on a variety of complex matters including initial public offering readiness, SEC reporting including S-1, audit preparedness, risk and cash management, and implementation of consolidation software for financial and management reporting. Her industry experience includes manufacturing, financial services, engineering services, healthcare, aerospace manufacturing, software and technology.

Prior to Paradigm Advisory, Sue held various positions in financial and operations management working with companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50. She has in-depth experience with publicly traded, and private equity-backed companies. She has increased shareholder value through raising capital, turnarounds, mergers & acquisitions, and financial leadership.

Sue holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Iona College.
