Tony Abram

Tony specializes in valuations of purchase price allocations, goodwill and intangible asset impairments, leases, and common stock in privately held companies as well as tax reporting matters such as 409a valuations, across multiple industry sectors. Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Tony was a Manager at Oracle Capital. Over his 10 years of experience, he has performed multiple analyses for small, privately-held companies to large, publicly-traded corporations with market capitalizations in excess of $10 billion. He also has expertise valuing business enterprises for other financial reporting and tax purposes, including employee equity compensation. Tony’s broad industry experience includes the life sciences, technology, consumer, retail, and business services markets.

Prior to joining Oracle Capital, Tony worked at AM Valuation Services performing valuations of primarily commercial real estate including office, industrial, and multifamily properties. When not working Tony enjoys playing pickleball, hiking, kayaking, and traveling.

Tony holds a Master in Business Administration from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
