Wendy Clarke

Wendy brings over ten years of accounting advisory and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston LLC.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Wendy was an experienced Senior Manager in Deloitte LLP’s Financial Risk, Transactions and Restructuring practice in New York where she led technical accounting engagements with US GAAP and IFRS implications for companies in the consumer products, travel, and energy and resources industries. Her expertise includes controllership support through new accounting standard implementation, asset acquisitions, and divestitures. She completed a Management Development Program rotation in Deloitte’s US CFO Program’s Center of Excellence where she supported chief financial officers and their teams with challenges across the finance agenda.

Wendy began her career in Deloitte’s Audit practice in Raleigh, North Carolina, focusing on the energy and resources and biotech industries. She spent three years with Deloitte in Sydney, Australia as a Manager where she led the audit of an ASX-50 listed energy company and provided assurance and advisory services to multiple ASX-listed and US reporting companies.

Wendy is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and North Carolina and holds a Master of Accounting as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler Business School, where she graduated with distinction.
