Joy Cropper

Joy Cropper is currently working at Williams Randall Advertising as the COO and Director of Online Services since May 2012. Previously, Joy held the position of Director of Internet Strategy at Williams Randall Marketing from April 2003 to May 2012. Prior to that, Joy worked as a Partner, Web Strategist/Planner at J. Walter Thompson from 2000 to 2002. Joy also has experience as the Director of Marketing at Gale Group from 1999 to 2000 and as AVP, Account Supervisor at Putnam Investments from 1996 to 1998. Joy started their career as an Account Supervisor at North Castle Partners from 1991 to 1996. Joy holds a BA in Psychology from Duke University, where Joy graduated in 1991.
